Screening, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Screening is required for all engagements. I have three screening methods available.

To request a screening form navigate to the About page and select “Request Screening Form”.

References 

You may use two reputable provider references as your screening method. They must have a visible online presence. Please acquire their permission to use them as your reference. I require website/ad links. No phone numbers are accepted. I will need your current phone number. I will never use your phone number to contact you unless explicitly instructed to do so.

ID and Selfie

If you do not have two provider references you must provide a valid and current identification card. I accept driver’s license, passport, or a work badge. Please ensure your entire name is visible as well as your photograph. Please attach a selfie of you holding your identification. I will need your current phone number. I will never use it to contact you unless explicitly instructed to do so.

Established LinkedIn and Selfie 

You may use an established LinkedIn profile as screening. This profile MUST feature a profile photo. This profile should have at least 50 relevant connections. This should be accompanied by a selfie. I will need your current phone number. I will never use it to contact you unless explicitly instructed to do so.
