Screening Policy
Screening is required for all engagements. I have three screening methods available.
To request a screening form navigate to the About page and select “Request Screening Form”.
References
You may use two reputable provider references as your screening method. They must have a visible online presence. Please acquire their permission to use them as your reference. I require website/ad links. No phone numbers are accepted.
ID and Selfie
If you do not have two provider references you must provide a valid and current identification card. I accept driver’s license, passport, or a work badge. Please ensure your entire name is visible as well as your photograph. Please attach a selfie of you holding your identification.
Established LinkedIn and Selfie
You may use an established LinkedIn profile as screening. This profile MUST feature a profile photo. This profile should have at least 50 relevant connections. This should be accompanied by a selfie.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required for appointments of four hours or more. I request a 50% deposit payable via CashApp or gift card of my choice.
DMTY (Drive Me To You) - Four Hour Minimum. I will require a 50% deposit. Travel pay will be $50 an hour for each hour I drive. This applies to ANY outcall that takes me 90 minutes or more to drive to.
FMTY (Fly Me To You) - Eight Hour Minimum. I will require a 50% deposit. You will cover the cost of airfare and additional travel accommodations. I will arrange my own travel plans once scheduled and the deposit is received. You can cover or reimburse any additional cost of travel in final payment.
*** Final Payment for ALL FMTY are due within three hours of our initial meeting. ***
Cancellation fees are incurred when cancellations are made less than 72 hours prior our scheduled appointment. (For FMTY and appointments requiring deposit.)
Admirers canceling any other appointment two times in a row for ANY reason will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of our previously scheduled appointment before being allowed to book again. Further they will be required to pay a 50% deposit on any future bookings.
